Organize and protect the interests of judo movements throughout Asia; promote, spread and develop the spirit and technique of Kodokan Judo among member organizations and promote friendly and cordial relations among them; supervise judo activities in Asia, in particular organizing and conducting Asian Judo Championships and judo events held as part of the Asian Games; establish regulations relating to the organization and administration of judo activities in Asia.
