1974, as an informal cooperation between the Ministry of Social Affairs in Denmark, the Ministry of Children and Family Affairs in Norway, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in Finland, the Ministry of Education in Iceland and the National Board of Social Welfare in Sweden. Ceased to exist 1996.
Exchange information and news in the fields of social welfare concerning children and young persons, day institutions and day care.
