Strengthen the effectiveness of Lutheran communication ministries in Asia/Australasia; foster the fellowship, cooperation and growth of Lutheran communicators in Asia/Australasia; promote increased awareness among Lutheran Churches that media works are integral parts of these churches' global witness; alert the world church to the needs and opportunities for Christian communication in Asia/Australasia and to their potential contribution in the rest of the world.
