Limited liability company under German law, based on Annexe II of T-XT5661 - Convention on the Canalization of the Moselle, adopted 27 Oct 1956, Luxembourg. Protocols: T-XT7463 - Protocol Amending the Convention on the Canalization of the Moselle; T-XT8362 - Second Protocol Amending the Convention on the Canalization of the Moselle; T-XT8764 - Third Protocol Amending the Convention on the Canalization of the Moselle.
Aims
Together with national authorities for inland navigation, secure financing and execution of canalization of the Moselle river for 1,500 ton vessels from Thionville to Koblenz.
Structure
General Meeting of Associates appoints Board of Directors, composed of 5 members (2 German, 2 French, 1 Luxembourg); 2 Managers are appointed, one by German, the other by French Associates.
