History
7 Jul 1959, Varna (Bulgaria), by Bulgaria, Romania and USSR, replacing a bilateral agreement between Bulgaria and USSR signed 10 Apr 1951. Also referred to as Agreement for Mixed Commission on the Black Sea fisheries. Amendments: 1962; 1964; 1966; 1976; 1984. Expected to be replaced, 1995, by J-XJ9449 - Convention on fisheries and the conservation of living marine resources in the Black Sea.
