Consider matters relating to European football; promote development of friendly sporting relations between member associations in the spirit of peace and mutual understanding and the safeguard of their interests; assist in promoting the game of Association football in Europe in any way the members shall think proper, without racial, religious or political discrimination; reconcile the various points of view of member associations concerning problems of football, agree on common policy, if possible, and resolve any disputes which may arise between member associations.
