Represent phlebology societies aiming to improve the standards of education, research and healthcare in the management of venous and lymphatic disorders and to provide a platform for scientific exchange and dialogue amongst its members and the wider community; strengthen collaboration and foster harmony between its member societies to achieve a higher standard of healthcare, education, training and scientific research in phlebology; promote organizational transparency, member accountability and objectivity; encourage formation of phlebology societies especially in countries where the field needs further development.
