Established following recommendation of 1st Commonwealth Education Conference, 1959, Oxford (UK).
Served by the 'Education Programme of Commonwealth Secretariat', formerly 'Commonwealth Education Liaison Unit', which was integrated into C-XC0376 - Commonwealth Secretariat in 1967.
No longer exists, activities currently being carried out by the Education Department of the Human Resource Development Division of ComSec.
