Founded at European Shooting Championships, when statutes were adopted. Acknowledged, Oct 1969, Wiesbaden (Germany FR), as the continental confederation of B-XB2460 - International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF). Statutes most recently updated 17 May 2013, Moscow (Russia).
Maintain, strengthen and develop the sport of shooting in Europe in accordance with the Constitution and General Regulations of International Shooting Sport Federation; strengthen bonds of friendship and good relations among national member federations without political, religious or racial discrimination; ensure the common interest of members.
