Founded 1987, as International Endotoxin Society (IES). Current name adopted at 8th Biennial Conference, Kyoto (Japan), Nov 2004.

Aims

Promote scientific knowledge on all aspects of endotoxin research; facilitate interactions between scientists worldwide who study bacterial endotoxins and related bacterial products.
