Help advance science and technology in Europe; create a clear and visible identity for Marie Curie fellows; improve contact and the flow of information among members during and after their fellowship period; establish a structured interface between fellows and the world of research, including industry; develop and foster the international dimension of the Marie Curie fellowships; foster a sense of European identity among its members; increase appreciation and understanding of science by the general public.
