It thus covers F-XF1393 - International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), B-XB1791 - International Development Association (IDA) and F-XF2057 - International Finance Corporation (IFC) within the F-XF6841 - The World Bank Group. Statutes adopted 30 Apr 1980; amended 31 Jul 2001. Rules adopted 26 Sep 1980; amended 8 Oct 1982, 15 Oct 1995, 1 Jun 1998 and 1 Jan 2002.


Decide on applications submitted by staff members of the World Bank Group alleging non-observance of their contracts or terms of appointment.
