1991, by merger of Australian College of Allergy, founded 1953 as Australian Society of Allergists and later known as Australian College of Allergists, and Clinical Immunology Group (CIG), founded 1983 as a special interest group of G-XG2370 - Australasian Society for Immunology (ASI).
Promote and advance the study and knowledge of immune and allergic diseases, including asthma.
