History
3 Dec 1844, Vals (France), by Francis X Gautrelet, as a union to pray for the missions and for the whole Church. Also known as Pope's Worldwide Prayer Network (EYM).
Aims
Form Christians shaped by the Eucharist, devoted to the Heart of Christ through the daily offering and prayer for the intentions of the Church and committed to apostolic service.
Structure
Directed by the Superior General of the R-XR1677 - Society of Jesus (SJ), through an International Delegate and National Secretariats in various countries. Special section: R-XR5000 - Mouvement Eucharistique des Jeunes (MEJ), formerly Eucharistic Crusade -- Cruzada Eucaristica.
