Name changed: 1941, to Petroleum Division of the (US) National Association of Credit Men; 1946, to American Petroleum Credit Association; 1992, to International Petroleum Credit Association (IPCA).
As an international organization of credit and financial professionals, provide a forum for the free and open exchange of ideas and discussion of issues relevant to credit management and the petroleum industry.
