Aims
Decide on requests transmitted by the Contracting Parties to the Government of the Italian Republic, the depository of the Convention (according to the terms of Article 5); try to reach a conciliation of the Parties as regards any dispute with respect to the interpretation of the Convention or difficulties of application, that cannot be defined through direct negotiations (according to the terms of Article 9).
