Acts within the framework of F-XF7800 - Mennonite World Conference (MWC). Terminated 2017.
Act as an instrument of cooperation between church conferences and relief agencies; as a Christian agency, speak on behalf of people in need, whether physical, intellectual or spiritual; through long term involvement, provide personnel, material aid, counsel, spiritual support in assisting individuals to independence from poverty.
