1970. Previously a constituent organization of U-XE3051 - International Instrumentation Evaluation Agreement Group (IIEAG), the other members of the group being G-XK0497 - International Instrument Users' Association - WIB and G-XK0487 - Evaluation International (EI). Still cooperates with EI and WIB under the name SWE.
Aims
Together with Evaluation International and WIB sponsor, plan and organize instrument evaluation programmes and undertake evaluations directly for instrument manufacturers, produce of instrument surveys and selection guides.
