Previous subsidiary title: Pour le sauvetage des victimes de catastrophes naturelles. Previously referred to as Corps volontaire mondial de secours en cas de catastrophes naturelles and in English as World Assistance Corps.
Promote an international convention allowing for the establishment and operation of a World Assistance Corps of volunteers, with freedom to cross frontiers, in cases of natural disaster.
