History
1962, Moscow (USSR), by H-XD2345 - Organization for International Economic Cooperation (OIEC), as an organ of the previous H-XC0432 - Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (CMEA). No longer exists.
Aims
Carry out research and prepare proposals on major problems of the development and improvement of cooperation in the field of standardization aimed at raising technological level and quality of the products mutually delivered by CMEA member countries.
