The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

Subsequently an independent constituent of International Good Templar Youth Federation (IGTYF), after its setting up, 8 July 1962, Oslo (Norway), and then of Active - Sobriety, Friendship and Peace, set up 14 July 1990, Copenhagen (Denmark). Ceased to exist; last Summer Camp reported 1981, Minneapolis MN (USA).
