Founded following proposal in 1954 by members of the Cooperative Program in Educational Administration (Middle Atlantic Region).
Constitution and By-Laws formulated between 1956 and 1959.
Initiated the S-XS5638 - International Intervisitation Programme (IIP).
Aims
As a consortium of universities, offer doctoral programmes, policy analysis and research in educational administration and leadership.
