Founded by merger of H-XD2520 - International Society for the Study of Infectious and Parasitic Diseases and U-XJ7307 - International Congress of Infectious Diseases.
Aims
Maintain and encourage worldwide perspective on infectious diseases; generate discussion and share information on the ways that new and older technologies and knowledge can be applied to populations throughout the world; monitor discovery of new agents of disease, specific geographic characteristics of certain infections and potential for control and for spread.
