Spread knowledge of cremation and of its superiority in hygienic, ethical, economic, aesthetic and other respects to the traditional form of burial; facilitate the employment of cremation and promote its general adoption; endeavour to have legal regulations in favour of cremation issued in those countries where it suffers from restrictive laws and ordinances.
