Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable (APEAR)
Promote the highest standards of practice and continuing development of Employee Assistance (EA) professionals, providers and services; present the business case for EA and mental health at work programmes to human resource, occupational health and business leaders with a focus on how to maximize employee performance through EAP; promote better understanding of the clinical practice and application of EA provision; develop regional guidelines for EA as well as a Code of Ethics for EA practitioners and provides; continue the professional exchange and dialogue regarding EA in the Asia Pacific and with othe EA organizations.
