Ensure that the European dimension is covered in trade union education at all levels; draw up and carry out ETUC training programmes; develop cooperation with education officers in trade unions and in trade union colleges operating at the national level; promote knowledge of economic, political and social developments at the European level; intensify cooperation among European educational institutions.
