Ceased to exist; 2016, when merged with H-XJ0085 - Association of National Committees of the Blue Shield (ANCBS) to become F-XM8899 - Blue Shield International (BSI).
Collect and disseminate information and coordinate action in emergency situations; provide authorities and professionals with expertise and networks in the case of armed conflict or natural disasters that could affect cultural heritage; organize risk preparedness at an international level and encourage it at a local level.
