1926, when its statute was adopted, contained in the statute of B-XB2136 - International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT). Present statute and rules of procedure adopted Feb 1984.
Deal with differences between UNIDROIT and its officers or employees, or those claiming right of them, with particular regard to the interpretation or application of regulations governing the status of such officers and employees.
Consists of 3 official members and one additional member, from outside the Institute and preferably of different nationalities, elected by General Assembly for 5-year terms.
