Facilitate cooperation and collaboration among member institutions in academic, administrative and other areas; liaise between member institutions and regional partners in the management of tertiary education; provide a forum for articulating issues, ideas and procedures in developing and enhancing tertiary education; mediate on issues involving alliances and cooperation strategies adopted by member institutions; coordinate efforts of member institutions and regional partners in the management of tertiary education; communicate to member institutions/territories information, advice and guidance in the delivery of tertiary education.
