Carries out studies and research on arbitration; organizes seminars, conferences, lectures and courses; provides information and materials on international and commercial arbitration and maritime matters; provides its own Rules of Arbitration if parties choose to settle their disputes by way of arbitration but do not establish their own procedural rules; acts as a Court of Arbitration.
