History
Founded 1938, as Asociación Internacional de Béisbol Amateur (AINBA), by merger of H-XH0189 - Federación Internacional de Béisbol Amateur (FIBA) and H-XH0188 - Federación Mundial de Béisbol Amateur (FEMBA). Name changed, Oct 1984, to International Baseball Association (IBA) -- Asociación Internacional de Béisbol. Present name adopted, Nov 1999, Sydney (Australia). Ceased to exist, when became a division within B-XJ9416 - World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC), Apr 2013.

Promote and develop baseball worldwide.
