The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

within the framework of H-XE9571 - UNESCO Regional Bureau for Education in Africa, following 6th Session of S-XS2318 - Ministers of Education and Those Responsible for Economic Planning in African Member States (MINEDAF), Jul 1991. First session 21-35 Mar 1994, Dakar (Senegal). No activities reported since 2000.
