Founded with the initial support of the DG XXIII of the E-XE2442 - European Commission (EC).
A limited company in accordance with Belgian law, comprising the centre of a European financing mechanism.
Aims
Act as a financing mechanism to provide funding (in the form of equity and quasi equity) for enterprises associated with cooperative, mutual and associative economy and to participating entreprises, with the participation of personnel in company management and equity.
