As a service and support structure for the promotion and marketing of European independent audiovisual production: facilitate access of independent European producers to buyers and financiers, in order to present and broadcast worldwide a European cultural identity in its many forms, approaches, sensitivities and languages; coordinate and optimize their participation in the audiovisual market.
