15 Oct 1872, Paris (France), by Abbé Henri Chaumont and Mme Caroline Colchen Carre de Malberg, as a Catholic association of women. Constitutions approved by Rome (Italy) 26 Apr 1911. Comprised of two branches: R-XR2053 - Salesian Missionaries of Mary Immaculate and R-XR2349 - Saint Francis de Sales Association.
Aims
In the grace of God, respond to the universal call to sanctity, by faith in the Evangelist in the midst of the world and of all conditions of life; share the universal mission of the Church by witnessing through daily living and through apostolic action adapted to each person's situation.
