1986, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), as a Regional Association of Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in the Member Countries of F-XF4542 - Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). Headquarters transferred to Istanbul (Turkey), 1987, in accordance with a resolution adopted at 2nd General Assembly Meeting, 30 Mar 1987. Registered in accordance with Turkish law.
