The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

1976-04
History
Apr 1976, within the framework of D-XD0766 - EFTA. Although Portugal is no longer a member of EFTA, the Fund operated until the end of the 25-year period originally foreseen and former EFTA members continued to contribute resources. Ceased to exist 31 Jan 2002, following total repayment of principal and interest to contributory states.
Aims
Contribute to the development of Portuguese industry through financing of specific projects, especially those involving restructuring or creation of small and medium-sized enterprises; pursue a lending policy which supports environmental protection and energy saving.
