Founded 1990, France, as an European organization. Started as 'Les Jeunes Restaurateurs France (JRF)' in 1974 following an idea to found an organization for young restaurant owners by Nicole Seitz, Head External Relations at Grand Marnier (1953-1998). Subsequently changed title to Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe (JRE). Current title adopted, 2016.
