Promote the concept and setting up of learning organizations; act as contact point for business with universities and academic institutes; explore means of improving post-experience training, new methods and tools; offer high-level training programmes to business people responsible for training and human resource management; provide an opportunity for business and academic partners to explore new ways for effective business development, identify new directions for business training and development, generate models and tools for implementation, deliver educational programmes of high academic standard and strengthen effective learning and development in organizations.
