Promote knowledge about correspondence education and its potential; encourage its use and the improvement in all forms of education throughout Africa; promote and encourage cooperation between non-profit correspondence institutions in Africa and elsewhere; promote the training of staff of correspondence institutions through regional training seminars and workshops; promote research into the use and effectiveness of correspondence education in Africa.Available with paid subscription only.
