The UIA is a leading provider of information about international non-profit organizations. The aim of the Open Yearbook is to promote the activities of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and intergovernmental organizations (IGOs).

Aims

Promote a greater cooperation and collaboration in all aspects of European performing arts (live and recorded), particularly in the area of professional training, higher education, production, performance, criticism and research; facilitate links between higher educational institutions and the theatre professions.

Promotes joint European projects, conferences, tours, festivals and seminars; creates practical theatre research projects (including dance); creates and arranges placements for staff and students; arranges exchange between graduate students and groups; develops critical language of performance research; publishes results; facilitates young professional theatre makers and performers; gives access to other European networks; advises on European funding possibilities; keeps the debates about European theatre alive. Organizes projects, conferences.
