Under this constitution a World Government for the Federation of Earth, known as the Earth Federation (J-XK0030 - Federation of Earth) has been established in 1977 and this Government has been in its provisional stage ever since. The Second World Constituent Assembly (1977) has designated World Constitution and Parliament Association (WCPA) as the continuing agency to organize and develop all aspects of its plan to obtain the ratification and implementation of the constitution, thus making WCPA organizing agent of the Provisional Earth Federation and it's agencies.
