Founded 1958, USA, by Philip and Margaret Isely, as World Committee for a World Constitutional Convention. Current name adopted, 1960. Organized 4 World Constituent Assemblies through which hundreds of world citizens wrote the Constitution for the Federation of Earth, also known as the Earth Constitution: Aug-Sep 1968, Interlaken (Switzerland) and Wolfach (Germany FR); 1977, Innsbruck (Austria); 1979, Colombo (Sri Lanka); 1991, Troia (Portugal). Since 1991 the Earth Constitution is considered a finished document and the 'Earth Federation Movement (EFM)' has been launched to ratify the Constitution.
Work toward a global democracy embracing all nations and peoples under the Constitution for the Federation of Earth; ratify the Earth Constitution; develop the World Parliament and enforceable global laws disarming the nations and protecting our planetary environment.
