Sep 1989, by merger of U-XG2741 - Management Development Institute, set up 1957, Lausanne (Switzerland), and U-XF6173 - International Management Institute, Geneva (IMI-Geneva), formed 1946, Geneva (Switzerland). Operations officially commenced 1990. Registered in accordance with Swiss law.
