Promote the friendship and harmony that have traditionally flourished among Estonians, Latvians and Lithuanians; by joint and mutually agreed action, help these same nations to free themselves from the Soviet occupation that threatens their physical and cultural existence; work towards the restoration of independence and the exercise of the right of self-determination.Available with paid subscription only.
Represents the cultural and national interests of Estonians, Latvians and Lithuanians throughout the free world. Collects, monitors, and distributes information concerning conditions in the Soviet occupied Baltic States; informs the free world on political, national, and human rights conditions in these countries. Close monitoring of Helsinki (Finland) Final Act progress and attendance at conferences open to NGOs.
