Aims

Develop international cooperation among philatelic journalists and authors contributing regularly or periodically to philatelic publications throughout the world; defend the integrity of philately against forgeries, speculations, harmful issues and all things which could damage it; support cooperation between organs of the philatelic press for exchange, translation and distribution of articles; promote the authorship of manuscripts; improve the position of philatelic exhibitions.
