History

Founded by H-XF0647 - Université des réseaux d'expression française (UREF), within the framework of C-XF3420 - Agence universitaire de La Francophonie (AUF), on receiving a mandate from F-XF1536 - Conférence au sommet des chefs d'Etat et de gouvernement des pays ayant le français en partage (Sommet de la Francophonie), following a proposal, Mar 1994, by U-XC0156 - Association des universités partiellement ou entièrement de langue française (AUPELF) and the Minister of Science and Education of Bulgaria. Originally known as Institut de la Francophonie pour l'Administration et la Gestion (IFAG). Became operational in Sep 1995. Present name adopted, 2015.

Aims

Assist the transition of Central European countries to a market economy by providing French language higher education in management for managers, in particular entrepreneurs and managers of SMEs.
