Founded 2 Jun 1951, Paris (France), as Confédération internationale des administrateurs de biens immobiliers, by national associations of Austria, Belgium, France, Germany FR and USA, following the setting up, 1948, Paris, of International Federation of Real Estate Board Managers -- Alliance internationale des administrateurs de biens immobiliers. Subsequently changed name to International Federation of Property Managers and Real Estate Consultants -- Fédération internationale des administrateurs de biens conseils immobiliers. Current title adopted, 1964. Recognized by French Ministerial Decree, 8 Oct 1951. Statutes last modified May 2013, Taichung (Taiwan).
