History
1986, under the auspices of F-XF0704 - European Cultural Foundation (ECF). From 1988, registered in the UK as a charitable trust, based in Oxford (UK). Activities taken over by F-XF3356 - Fund for Central and East European Book Projects (CEEBP), 1 Jan 1995.
Aims
Enhance the free flow of information, literature and scholarship between all the nations of Europe, enrich scholarship and public discourse, and contribute to creating a common market of the mind which includes the whole of Europe, East and West.
