1923, Canada, at 2nd Empire Forestry Conference, now Commonwealth Forestry Conference, following the setting up, 1920, London (UK), at 1st Conference, of a standing committee to coordinate activities between conferences.
Take appropriate follow-up action on Commonwealth Forestry Conference recommendations; provide continuity between Conferences; provide a forum for discussion on forestry matters of common interest to member Governments, which may be brought to Committee's notice by any member country or organization.
