1951, Chamvres (France), by Sister Mary - Odile Dupont-Caillard, originally just for women but became a monastic community of monks and monastic sisters in 1976. Received pontifical recognition from His Holiness Pope John-Paul II, 6 Oct 1998. Has been referred to as Fraternité Monastique de Bethléem.
Under the spiritual fatherhood of Saint Bruno, form communities of solitaries who live in silent adoration and continual reverence to the glorified Christ and to the Virgin Mary assumed into heaven.
